Clients using our web-based Evolution Software have access to all of these reports on demand for any time period.

A comprehensive listing of all checks paid within the pay period(s) containing current /YTD hours, wages, deductions, and Employee / Employer taxes

This report summarizes your Total Payroll Liability for the pay period(s), including Net Pay, Employee / Employer taxes, Direct Deposits, Agency Checks, Workers Comp expense, etc.

Itemizes the amounts deposited into each employee’s bank accounts, and the banks the funds were sent to.

Available in summary and/or detail form, this report provides you with your actual labor cost for each cost center. Especially useful when using our Auto-Labor Distribution feature, or General Ledger service..

This report provides you with your actual W/C cost associated with your payroll for the period(s). This can be very useful for audit purposes, or for budgeting your actual vs. estimated W/C premiums. When combined with our Pay As You Go Workers Comp program , this report details the amount that will be paid to the carrier on your behalf.

For clients using our Time Off Tracking this report lists each employee and their remaining Time Off balances.

A detailed report of your employee’s deferrals, and corresponding company contribution for the period(s). When combined with our Benefit Integration, Payco also has 401(k) exports available.
