Does Payco require a contract?
We don’t feel we need a contract, as we offer the best customer service and pricing in the industry. If we do our job right, there’s no reason for you not to grow old with us.
We currently have another firm handling our payroll but want to switch, what is involved in changing over, including costs?
Switching from another payroll company is extremely simple. We generally use the existing quarterly and payroll histories from the previous company, to input into our system.
Isn't it best to switch to Payco at the beginning of a calendar year?
There is really no reason to wait until the beginning of a year. We record all employees paid throughout the current year into our system, along with their year-to-date and quarter-to-date totals. This ensures that we are prepared to process your current quarterly reports, and your employees only receive one set of W-2s at the end of the year.
How long will it take to convert to Payco's services?
If you are currently using another payroll service, conversion generally takes place in one pay period. Once you receive your last set of reports from your existing service, we collect the information, and are ready to process your next payroll on your regular schedule.
What about my employees' Direct Deposits?
There will be no delay in your employees’ Direct Deposits. We will make sure that your existing direct deposits go through on your very first payroll with us, so employees won’t be inconvenienced in any way.
