Why should I outsource my payroll?

No matter how many employees you have there are strict state, local, and federal requirements that all employers must adhere to. How much do you your services cost?

Our fee is dependent on the number of checks we create during your normal payroll process. We also have many services that some companies need and others don’t, so it is impossible to give a price without discussing your individual needs first. Please contact us today for a quote.

Can I afford to outsource my payroll?

A better question is, can you afford not to? One late tax payment can cost you more than our services for an entire year. Employers are usually quite surprised at how inexpensive our services are.

Payco will have access to sensitive employee information. How secure is my data?

At Payco, we recognize that your information is extremely confidential. All of our employees sign a non-disclosure agreement, and your data is encrypted on our servers for added security. All data on our servers is backed up on a regular basis, and is also stored at our hot-site in a remote location.

What states and municipalities can Payco handle?

We are equipped to process payroll for clients in all 50 states, including all local and municipalities. Payco currently has clients from coast to coast, so we have the experience needed to make you comfortable.

Am I assigned to a ``Team``?

We don’t believe that “teams” can effectively give you the attention you deserve. Every client is assigned to an individual Payroll Specialist that gets to know your payroll and your company. You will be provided with their email address and direct phone extension so you don’t have to go through several menu options when you call. With this approach, you are always dealing with the same person, so you aren’t constantly explaining your payroll to someone new each time you call.
